Been coming here since 1995 for service BUT NEVER AGAIN. Came in for an inspection and oil change. FIVE hours later no pass on the inspection, they never told me anything about the status of the inspection Came in for an inspection and oil change. FIVE hours later no pass on the inspection, they never told me anything about the status of the inspection they kept saying “oh it will be done in 15 minutes “ the service department lies, they do not keep you posted on your car. They DID NOT tell me that my car did not pass until 4 hrs later . They did NOT tell me why and exactly what needed to be done to my car. Tried to con me into a transmission job because it was leaking a little, when you ask them how much an item costs they very very cleverly OMIT to tell you the labor costs. Yeah, the service department tells you “we’ll take care of you” yeah help themselves to the money in your wallet. These crooks will soak you and see you as a plumb pigeon. BEWARE of their service department. More
