Unpleasant surprise!!! Mother suggested we turn into dealership but didn't think I would be driving off the lot. Second buying experience was frustrating because my 13 accor Mother suggested we turn into dealership but didn't think I would be driving off the lot. Second buying experience was frustrating because my 13 accord had been totaled after only 15 months of ownership and I had to start over. Unacceptable attitude I visited this dealership to purchase a jeep (3rd car from them). I needed a used wrangler for my daughter but they turned to be a bit pricey for budg I visited this dealership to purchase a jeep (3rd car from them). I needed a used wrangler for my daughter but they turned to be a bit pricey for budget. The salesperson pointed to 2016 Renagade latitude. She pin-pointed to a very specific one which I checked out and didn't really like. It was new with 100 miles in it! She pushed this quite abit so I told her I will come the following day (sleep over it) I did not come back. So later in the evening she texted and told me that there was a customer ready to pay top $$ for my trade. She in fact confirmed that the customer was there waiting! So I took my car there just to realize that it was just a lie.. there was no customer...she confirmed this. Anyway, I road tested the "same" Renegade to feel how they handle, when I finally insisted on a black color, she checked the inventory and there was one which I liked and wanted to buy. She left us at her desk and went to some office. When she came back, she told us that the black vehicle was bought two hours ago and I should have come earlier. I could tell she was lying once again. Then she abruptly stood up sounding agitated she said "we cannot continue knocking our heads against walls" (her actual words) and rudely walked away on us leaving us sitting at her desk, stunned by her rudeness! So I reached out to a gentleman who was passing by, I told him I wanted to complain to a manager because I have just been disrespected by a salesperson. This man asked me what how he could be of assistance, I briefly explained and expressed concern the least that sales lady could have done was to respectfully see us off, apparently this man was also in agreement wth the saleslady's behavior, so I insisted on talking to a manager and to my shock he told me he is the manager!, and looking at his watch he dismissively said there is nothing we can do about it. This manager made it worse! I have dealt with many employees here through the years and they are very professional and have sold 2 cars to me, but this incidence is very disturbing I will never set foot in this dealership again. I have never felt so unwanted in a sales floor. I believe this lady was actually in a mission to sell that new 100 miles Renegade under all costs! More
