Lake Norman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

The salesman we worked with was great but everything else was awful! We bought a car from them and the second we drove it off the lot there was a problem. We brought it back and they said they’d fix it the was awful! We bought a car from them and the second we drove it off the lot there was a problem. We brought it back and they said they’d fix it the next day. The next day we got there and they said to come back later. Came back later and it took hours to fix even though it was a simple problem. Got the car back and there was a giant scratch across door. They said they’d fix it after two weeks of ignoring us. It took a whole week to get our car back and we were there waiting for an hour because they lost our keys. Then when we got the car back it was making an awful noise. Turns out the cars front rotors are completely destroyed and the front struts are leaking along with a problem with the back brakes. Which, by the way, the dealer had said they just fixed.. it’s going to cost us over $1,000 to fix the car. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM!!! More

All the staff were the nicest I've ever encountered while searching for a new ride; we worked with Eric Peters and he was friendly and extremely knowledgeable - I never felt pushed in one direction or another and was given excellent and honest information during our test drives. I'd also like to add that I'm transgender and all of the staff I spoke to directly used my preferred pronouns despite my ID not being changed yet - I wasn't expecting it nor had I mentioned my preferences, but they realized it on their own and it was wonderful/much appreciated! Overall it was a fun and stress-free experience and I'm definitely going to send friends/family to the Lake Norman dealership next time they're in the market for a new/used car. More

Every thing she pointed out was accurate and they even touched up some blemishes. All the paperwork was done by Josh Zickafoose via overnight mail before picked up the car and made it easy. The dealership picked me up at the airport and took my right to the car, the service was great. I would buy another car from them again and the road trip back to New Mexico made it even better.
