Unbelievably Rude I went with my son and his 8 year old daughter to look at a used Jeep today. My son was speaking with the sales manager, Tracy Sherrill. They were discussing the price as the vehicle had a few issues, they were going back and forth when all of a sudden, Mr Sherrill stands up, slams papers down on the desk where my granddaughter was coloring, scaring her and threw a fit. He started yelling that we don’t have to buy a car here and he stomped off. This came totally out of left field. My son was not rude, never raised his voice; he was doing what you do when you buy a car... you negotiate. I would never recommend this dealership as buyers have to have an encounter with him as the sales manager. Tracy Sherrill should be ashamed for behaving like that and scaring a little girl. More

Mark met me on his day off before normal hours to make a sale happen. Responded to an on-line inquiry in a quick manner, was up front and transparent (no games) about cost and condition of the vehicle via email with out even meeting me. Car was pulled up and ready for inspection upon arrival. The entire buying experience from pulling in parking lot to pulling out in my new car took less than 2 hours. Took time to show me all the bells and whistles before seeing us off. My only complaint is a few extra optional packages that were included in final sale that I didn't feel were discussed with me. Still, I shoulda shopped here first! More
