In all of my car buying experiences (which has been a lot) this was the WORST! They made me feel very rushed- I guess because it was a Sunday evening and they were ready to go home..but I was there to buy a car, not just browse & waste time! I had been in contact with the dealership since 10:45am that morning! They knew I was there to BUY and still treated me poorly! Salesman gave me the run around on several different things...including getting a second key for my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Everything was all well and good until after paperwork was signed then all the sudden it was "out of everyone's hands"- no one could help, not even the manager! And all Mark could tell me was "I'm just the salesman"- YES, YES YOU ARE- so you are there to HELP me! He acted like he didn't know anything. The vehicle was filthy inside- I asked could a few spots be cleaned up and that was never done. Got home and had to spend over an hour cleaning the inside windows and such that literally had black coming off them. I was sent home without necessary paperwork- including my bill of sale all because everyone there was in a hurry. Have tried speaking with Jack, the owner- but have yet to do so. This dealership is the true definition of car scams and rip off's! I would never ever recommend anyone go here! I will never return to this dealership for anything! We had 2 family members interested in purchasing Jeeps and we have already told them to steer clear of this place! More

He actually got us a way better deal then we initially expected with our finance rate. Mind you the staff seems to be well versed in there positions, they seem to be timing themselves to make sure that you are not waiting for a long time on any of the car buying process..Kyle was very patient and answered all of my questions, I was excited and nervous to purchase my awesome brand new 2017 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited, but Kyle made sure my husband and I were comfortable and they even have a little coffee and cookie shop, we relaxed and had coffee while finance finished up!! You guys Rock, thanks for the awesome car buying experience, we will definitely be back, it was well worth the longer drive!! I love my Jeep 😆 More

Read the fine print I found the jeep and deal I wanted online and completed the majority of deal over the phone and thru email.
