Honest, efficient, and friendly - what else can you ask for. I visited the dealership looking at a specific used Ram 1500. Upon arrival the original sales person I communicated with via email was busy helping an I visited the dealership looking at a specific used Ram 1500. Upon arrival the original sales person I communicated with via email was busy helping another customer but we were quickly helped by John Raila. We told John of the truck we were interested in seeing and in short order he had the keys and we were outside to look at it and take a test drive. John was accommodating to our numerous inquiries regarding the previous history of the truck and in working to get to an agreed price. We were then handed over to Cory James to work through the paperwork. The process went as fast as can be expected considering the amount of forms required these days to purchase a vehicle. Overall we were in and out and headed home in our new (to us) truck in a few hours. Both John and Cory were very friendly, upfront with information, and worked quickly to make the experience and enjoyable one. More

Never Gave Up Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram was one of the most welcoming dealerships I have ever walked into for a business transaction. I originally came to Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram was one of the most welcoming dealerships I have ever walked into for a business transaction. I originally came to the dealership just after closing hours and to my surprise found multiple sales personnel still on the lot assisting customers. Maggie immediately took down my information and the car I was interested in and the adventure began. Brian & Jeff on the following afternoon quickly began appraising my trade and allowed me to take a test drive while they tried to secure financing for me. Even when it looked like we couldn't come to a deal the team of 3 kept trying to find a way to put me into a newer or new vehicle they had on their lot. Maggie continued to look and try everything she could and even said "we will get something figured out to get you in that charger". I worked with these individuals for a total of three days when a dealership located nearby had wasted eight hours of my time an tried one idea an gave up. Lake Norman will exhaust every option and idea they can come up with to make sure you leave a happy customer. Excellent Service and Experience for First Time Buyer!!! I originally went in the Lake Norman Dealership to test drive the Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk and Patriot; hoping to convince myself that I will be conten I originally went in the Lake Norman Dealership to test drive the Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk and Patriot; hoping to convince myself that I will be content with the Patriot model. I did not intend to buy or make an offer, mainly due to my credit and finances. Once I walked into the lot, I was approached by John Raila and it was all over. John was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and down to Earth. He was also very funny! I've been researching the Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk and Patriot models since 2014; thinking I knew everything there was to know and just needed "hands-on" experience. Boy was I wrong! John was not only able to expand my knowledge on the Trailhawk, but was also able to convince me that the Patriot model was not even in the same league. I didn't even have to jump in one to do a fair comparison! He politely asked how I was planning to finance the vehicle, and I responded with "probably not going to be able to for a couple of months." He then asked if I was willing to play with the numbers for giggles, and I figured it couldn't hurt. John, working with Tony Zorn (another charismatic and personable guy), was able to get me a decent APR with little to no credit, a very minimum down payment, and a really poor condition trade-in. They were also able to get me a great price for the trade-in; I highly doubt I could of sold it for more through a private sale. They were also able to sell me a premium extended warranty for a really good price (even though I told myself I wouldn't purchase one after reading tips & tricks on buying vehicles). Lastly, they've made it very clear that they are my go to people when I leave the lot and really hope I come back for any knowledge or tutorials I may need. The Jeep Trailhawk runs great, is very spacious, and luxurious! I'm glad that I didn't settle for anything less than what I truly wanted and I believe John and Tony made that possible, All in all, I am very happy with my purchase! More
