Administratively incompetent. I bought a new Jeep in October and the dealership registered it with the VIN# from a different Jeep. Ever since it's been a continuum of lame excuses I bought a new Jeep in October and the dealership registered it with the VIN# from a different Jeep. Ever since it's been a continuum of lame excuses and lack of follow up. The issue has never been totally resolved, so my warranty paperwork still has the wrong VIN#. Beware of this dealership, once they have your money, they could not care less about resolving any issues. Never again for me... More
