Waste of Time This dealership is about 2.5 hours from where I live, but had a couple of vehicles that I liked so I decided to make the drive. When I showed interest in the vehicles online, I was contacted by a salesman (Ken Jennings) and we scheduled an appointment. We valued my trade in and I even did the prequalification credit application online. He checked in with me several times to make sure I was coming to my appointment and I confirmed that I was. When I arrived, on time, he stated that he had other customers who had shown up and pawned me off on one of the other associates. The associate showed me the 3 vehicles I was interested in, 2 of which were advertised as having a backup camera (a must have for me). The vehicles in fact did not have a backup camera, but did have multiple scratches and paint chipping as well as other deformities that I would not expect from certified pre-owned vehicles. I wasted a trip to meet with someone who didn't give a xxxx about my time and to look at vehicles that were falsely advertised as having a major factor on my check list. My visit ended with the salesman offering to add $500 to the cost of the vehicle in order to have some after market back up camera installed. I was beyond pissed and will never do business with this establishment again. More
