I never got my title for the car that I purchased because in N.Y. The dmv told me that it was the banks mistake not the dealerships problem. When I called the bank up to tell them what the N.Y. Dmv said they said to call the dealership so l did.I. Spoke to a employee that works for the dealer ship she said that they have nothing to do with the title any more. Jennifer Patterson the lady who I spoke to said that she will help me correct the problem we called the bank and told them the situation.Then we called the Dmv in n.y. And got it straightened out Jennifer Patterson stayed on the phone with me through out the whole time must of been a good 45 or more minutes.finally we got everything resolved.she did what the bank wassposed to do not the dealership.
