Misrepresentation and dishonesty. I bought a new 2014 Dodge Charger. We were looking at 2 different dealerships. Lake Norman had "tires for life" plastered all over their showroom. O I bought a new 2014 Dodge Charger. We were looking at 2 different dealerships. Lake Norman had "tires for life" plastered all over their showroom. Our salesman said that it was free tires for life as long as I owned the car. I asked several questions about it and he assured me that no matter how long I owned the car that my tires would be free. Today I called to get my first set of tires and was told that I would get a $600 credit, not free and that no where did it say free it only said "tires for life" and also that it was only for 2 sets of tires not for the life of the vehicle. I was also told that I had missed a rotation. I have never taken my car any where else to be serviced and was told that I brought it in for oil change but the tires were not rotated. When I asked why they would not have rotated the tires when I was there for service I was told they didn't know. I think they didn't rotate them so they could say I missed a rotation. Very questionable business. Read all fine print regardless of how much time it takes you and don't trust anything that you are told by their representatives. More
