All talk no action! I own a lemon. My 2014 Town and Country has been in the shop for more than half the time that I have owned it. The last time it went in I was i I own a lemon. My 2014 Town and Country has been in the shop for more than half the time that I have owned it. The last time it went in I was in a loaner for a MONTH! The dealer told me they were trying to replace the van due to the issues I have had so far. They offered me base models, nothing equivalent to what I had. I'm out of their hair now and as such I don't even get phone calls returned. I traded in my high millage Ford for fear of it breaking on my Wife. I got rid of a car that had NEVER failed me, and threw down hard earned money for a van that is always breaking, clunks into gear when its cold, and idles like garbage. In response to my last complaint about the fraudulent practices they use in their certified pre-owned program they did offer to make the van a true "Chrysler Certified Pre-Owned" vehicle. I was told all I had to do was bring the van in. I explained that the vehicle had been sitting in the service department for the last three weeks and they could walk over at their leisure. They never did anything. The place is run on cocktail napkins, and managed by people who seem to care less. Their word is worthless, and once you hand over your money interest in returning your calls ends. More
