Deceived during purchase, wont try to resolve. I purchased a 2014 town and country that was certified pre-owned. The vehicle signs on the van never said Lake Norman certified, or Chrysler certified. They allow you the opportunity to make the leap on your own. Unless you know enough to ask you will make the natural leap that at a Chrysler deal you must be looking at a Chrysler certified pre-Owned. No Sir. When I started asking questions, they stopped returning my phone calls. Nice people. More

No bait and switch where they list an internet price and then when you get to the dealership you get the "yeah...you don't qualify for those rebates." This was not a high pressure dealership. You are able to approach the salesmen when you are ready. Brian Cramer has a great personality and doesn't sugar coat the facts. I was in and out with a test drive and purchase in two hours or less!
