Super Easy I was looking for a certain vehicle and when I called was directed to Tracy. Brian Cramer greeted us at the door and from the moment we said hello he was respectful, empathetic, genuine .. not your typical "tell them what they want to hear to make a sale car salesmen" He was very professional and listened to our concerns .. He helped us by getting us out of a payment we could not longer afford and into a brand new 2015 Jeep Cherokee with a payment that is much much easier on our wallet ! He kept us in the loop the whole time he was running numbers and filling out paperwork and didn't blow smoke about anything he was up front and honest about our options and treated us like we were members of his family .. he stayed late for us without complaint .. In my book this guy is a class act ! We also dealt with Cory James in the finance department .. he too is a genuine and respectful person .. he didn't promise anything we couldn't afford he was very up front about the numbers and our responsibilities .. he explained in depth and made sure we understood before we left !
