Maggie did a great job answering all my questions, and engineers can ask a lot of questions. It was helpful that her personal vehicle is a Ram 3500 Diesel as she was able to provide first hand experiences. She continued to be helpful in coordinating installation of a bed cover after the sale. I'd definitely recommend Maggie Carrigan to anyone interested in Ram trucks. The Ram has exceeded my expectations and doesn't even complain about pulling my Corvette to the track. Overall great purchase experience! Also want to mention that Jeff, the technician who installed my bed cover, went above and beyond in installing the cover, ensuring I understood how the locking mechanism worked, and then spending more time than I'm sure his boss wanted explaining the truck features.
