I purchased a BRAND NEW Doge ram in June from this dealership. I should have ran when I couldn't drive my vehicle off the lot because the check engine light was on but I was excited for my new truck. dealership. I came home and the light went back on, they took the truck and 'fixed' the issue (which they will not tell me what the issue was). 2 weeks later the truck broke down, some kind of mechanical failure. I had to get it towed and have not had a truck since. Everytime I try to get a solution I get the run around from upper management. I simply asked to be put into a new lease sine the truck clearly has issues but here I am still with no truck, paying the monthly payment AND insurance on it and they are trying to 'fix' the problem that they won't even tell me what it was. RUN. More
