Great people, easy buying experience Leasing my new Ram 1500 Rebel was easy from the start of the process. I did my research thru the internet and found my way to Mark Mosayebi. From the word go he was fast to respond and happy to answer my questions via email. Once I was ready to come in for a test drive, he made sure he was available along with a truck with all the options I was looking for. He walked me thru the info on the truck and the proposed deal, then took a step back to let me enjoy the test drive and review the deal. There was never any push, even though I left without a commitment, no games to get me to change my mind. He understood I wanted to think things over and just made sure I had his contact info when I was ready with a decision. After I let him know I wanted to move forward, everything was done on-line, making it very fast. The day I came in to pick up the truck it was perfectly detailed and waiting out front for me. I worked with Sean Anderson on the lease paperwork, he told me it would be done before my coffee was cold, and he was right. I have had credit card applications take longer! Amazing. I am very much enjoying my new Rebel, and look forward to being a Lake Norman CJDR customer again. More

On the Saturday we bought our jeep, we arrived at the dealership 30 minutes before closing time, due to the long drive. Although, it was almost closing time, Randy welcomed us as if we were the first customer of the day. He did not rush us at all! We had the best experience and would make the 4 hour drive again! More

Mark took us around to make sure 'we' saw the perfect Jeep for us. Once we saw it and we sat in it, we were sold. He made the entire experience easy and simple to follow along with. No gimmicks with this guy; all real personality and salesmanship. Never once did I feel pressured to make a decision outside of my means. As for Sean, we loved his personality. His sense of humor along with his finance expertise made the legal portion of the purchase super easy to understand. Very efficient signing process and we were out the door with our new Jeep in no time. Best day of my life This was one of the most important days in my life my first car, and I am so happy I went to lake Norman.
