What an Great Experience buying a truck! I never thought I would say the car buying experience would be enjoyable, but that is what I experienced at Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge. First, Y I never thought I would say the car buying experience would be enjoyable, but that is what I experienced at Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge. First, Yehu, the salesman, was extremely knowledgeable and thorough while detailing the Dodge Ram 1500 I was looking at. He was not pushy at all and was extremely efficient when I told him I was pressed for time. Tracy, the sales manager, really did a nice job of working with me to get what I wanted for my car as well as the sales price out the door for the truck. The check out process was quick and easy and the truck looked phenomenal when I drove it off the lot. I can't say enough about this dealership and I will be buying all my cars/trucks their in the future. More

One of your drivers picked me up at the Charlotte airport and brought me to Lake Norman Chrysler where i met with your salesman, Mr. Willie Brown. to finish the sale he and i had agreed to by telephone. The 2016 Porsche Cayenne was as Willie had described it in our telephone conversations. Willie also allowed me what i thought was a fair trade in value for my Ford Explorer without seeing the Explorer as it was in Boone, NC at the time of our trade. Willie walked me through the sale, and had me on the road back to West Palm Beach within 2 hours of my arrival at Lake Norman Chrysler. I Visited Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram looking for a jeep and the floor sales guy Eric Peters was amazing and friendly not once did I feel ove I Visited Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram looking for a jeep and the floor sales guy Eric Peters was amazing and friendly not once did I feel overwhelmed or pressured. He made me feel at ease and I had a great time buying and test driving the Jeep. Everyone was so friendly Brian Cramer was also really great and friendly. I would go to this dealership again because of the customer service and efficiency. I visited 2 other dealerships prior to this one and they are the reason I bought a car and not from the other dealers who weren't friendly and welcoming. Go Check Them Out! More

Dean would text or call from time to time and tell us about the deals that were available. I finally stopped long enough from work to sit down and deal.
