Within a few minutes we had a great deal provided and were able to very easily make the transaction happen last evening! I am not sure if I can adequately describe how pleasant the entire experience was. From the moment we arrived at the dealership we were met with warm and friendly reception. This alone is such a unique characteristic to car buying. We were treated very respectfully by Mark, and never felt pushed or skeptical of the intentions of anyone at the dealership. My wife searched on-line before we approached any dealerships and we found our Jeep at a dealership we hadn't even consider just due to proximity. We decided to check it out and had our minds set. When we arrived at Lake Norman we were met right away by John and told him what we were looking for. He took us right out to the Jeep, in a very professional manner answered all our questions and we went on a test drive. We new this was our Jeep, but just had to do some haggling over the price and some issues that needed attention. An agreement was made at a price we were very happy with as well as arranging for certain issues we wanted fixed/added. We worked with 4 individuals purchasing the Jeep and they were each very professional and helpful. This is not our first experience with LNCJDR and were very satisfied. Within a short period of time, we received a call requesting us to bring in the Jeep for the agreed upon repairs and accessories. The provided a very nice loaner and made both the repairs and changes above my expectations. The staff that processed our repairs, our handler, the cashiers continued to impress me! I am very happy with my car buying experience with this dealership! And... My Jeep sparkled when I got it back, this after a nasty storm leaving my Jeep grimy from ice/snow sludge. Thank you! More

After deciding it was time to trade in my 2012 Jeep Patriot that Mark Mosayebi sold me in 2011 and wanting to upgrade to a Jeep Grand Cherokee, I cont After deciding it was time to trade in my 2012 Jeep Patriot that Mark Mosayebi sold me in 2011 and wanting to upgrade to a Jeep Grand Cherokee, I contacted Mark by e-mail. I had my eye set on a specific 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude and after a few e-mail exchanges over the course of a day and a half we came to great terms on the exact vehicle I wanted. I filled out my credit app in the afternoon Mark asked when I wanted to come in, I told him I would be there by 4:30. When I arrived the vehicle was ready to be delivered. We took it for a quick test drive, he explained all the bells and whistles of the new car and even paired my cell phone for me with UConnect. He then handed me over to Sean in finance. Sean had all my paperwork ready for me when I arrived and all I had to do was sign it all. Mark even removed my personal items from my old 2012 Jeep Patriot I was trading in and loaded them into my new ride while I was meeting with Sean in Finance. I was in and out and driving home in my beautiful new Grand Cherokee in 1 hour flat. I cannot say enough about the awesome sales and finance team at Lake Norman Jeep dealership. Jodi More

My dad and I found the jeep I wanted online so we went in to check it out. As soon as we showed up. Maggie came right up and started helping us out. She took us directly to the car and within minutes we were test driving it. There were complications with the car itself and in the process of getting it fixed, Maggie was giving us daily updates on the car. We went in and bought it a few weeks later and she even stayed after closing hours to help us with the final purchase of the car. My overall experience was excellent and I will definitely be coming back for my next car purchase in the future! More

Help when I needed it most. A couple of months ago I borrowed my girlfriend’s Jeep Compass to run errands. I had to deliver a cake to a client’s anniversary party. I placed the c A couple of months ago I borrowed my girlfriend’s Jeep Compass to run errands. I had to deliver a cake to a client’s anniversary party. I placed the cake in the passenger seat and secured the cake with the passenger seat belt. When I arrived at my client's business I removed the cake and the passenger seatbelt pulled back and locked around the headrest. I tried for several minutes to get the seatbelt to come lose and I had no luck. The seatbelt was extremely stuck and I started to panic and then the girlfriend started calling and asking when I was coming home. I called Lake Norman Chrysler and it was 4:00 PM on a Friday. I explained my situation and they tried to get me into the service department but the first opening they had was on Tuesday. I thought for sure I was going to be in so much trouble. As I was driving back to my girlfriend's place the dealership called and asked me to come to the dealership right away. When I pulled up to the dealership they service technician said we have been expecting you. As I waited for the car and made excuses to the girlfriend why I was running late there were free snacks to make me feel better. The Jeep was brought back to me within a few minutes and the seatbelt was fixed. The service technician said he would have washed the car for free but knew I needed to get home before suspicions arose. I tried to pay the dealership for the service however they refused payment. Thank you Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram for fixing the Jeep and saving me from trying to explain how I broke a seatbelt. More
