After purchasing a used vehicle from dealership with extended warranty, after contacting the dealership due to an electrical issue effecting the headl After purchasing a used vehicle from dealership with extended warranty, after contacting the dealership due to an electrical issue effecting the headlights, was advised that they could not bring the vehicle in until November 18, 2015 for diagnosis and that it would take "days" to diagnose. REAL GOOD WHEN IT IS A SAFETY ISSUE, not just an oil change! They further stated that they refused to provide a loaner vehicle for the "days" needed to diagnose the vehicle as we did not purchase a brand new vehicle, regardless of the price we paid for the vehicle. WORST service department ever. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! More

Won't even return my calls after they learned we weren't I looked on the website for a vehicle, they wanted me to come in, I didn't want to drive the distance just so they can tell you "oh yes, you can have I looked on the website for a vehicle, they wanted me to come in, I didn't want to drive the distance just so they can tell you "oh yes, you can have this vehicle for $800 p/m", so after being literally hounded by them for 2 days, calls, texts, emails, I responded to an e-mail with our pertinent info that would have given them a "general" idea if it could be done. I included the vehicle we currently have, what we owe, our credit scores & income. Apparently we weren't a FAT enough prospect b/c ever since I sent that e-mail, they will not respond to me EVEN BY PHONE! I called twice to ask them to at LEAST have the decency (after hounding me) to call me & let me know they couldn't do it. But they aren't even man enough to do that. So I guess if your rich & they can make a FAT profit for you, maybe you'll be ok. But when they can't even return our calls...I don't think they can be rated in ANY good light! TERRIBLE PEOPLE! When I called to day & asked for the one who sent the email, the person who took my call said, oh yeah, he's right beside me, hold on just a second...then came back on & said "oh, that was someone else, but if you leave a message, I will have them call you RIGHT BACK". They STILL haven't called back after the one who answered undoubtedly lied about him standing beside him. DEPLORABLE business practices! I hope they never get another customer again! Kelley Aymar More
