We could not have been happier with the overall experience. Originally we went there just to find a new vehicle for me, but Maggie was able to work out a great deal to pay off the last year remaining on my wife's vehicle too. Needless to say, we were more than pleased with how well Maggie listened to both of us, responsed via phone call and text message and the overall professionalism. Purchasing my new Jeep Wrangler I did not know much about Jeeps when I got to the dealership, other than I wanted one! Tracey made it an awesome and easy experience for me! While we were waiting for that he showed me all the "bells and whistles" and showed me how to take the top off and put it back on.... By the way, did I mention that it was about 100 degrees outside and the showroom ac was out?? Didn't matter, he stood out in the hot sun and we took the top off then put it back on. If Tracey is any indication of customer service I am looking forward to a long relationship with the dealership!! I really appreciate the time, effort and the "no hassle" demeanor!!! Deceived during purchase, wont try to resolve. I purchased a 2014 town and country that was certified pre-owned. Turns out it was not a Chrysler certified pre-owned, it was Lake Norman Chrysler ce I purchased a 2014 town and country that was certified pre-owned. Turns out it was not a Chrysler certified pre-owned, it was Lake Norman Chrysler certified pre owned. I feel deceived. The vehicle signs on the van never said Lake Norman certified, or Chrysler certified. They allow you the opportunity to make the leap on your own. Unless you know enough to ask you will make the natural leap that at a Chrysler deal you must be looking at a Chrysler certified pre-Owned. No Sir. When I started asking questions, they stopped returning my phone calls. Nice people. More
