No bait and switch where they list an internet price and then when you get to the dealership you get the "yeah...you don't qualify for those rebates." This was not a high pressure dealership. You are able to approach the salesmen when you are ready. Brian Cramer has a great personality and doesn't sugar coat the facts. I was in and out with a test drive and purchase in two hours or less! I contacted Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram via an email inquiry. Within an hour or so Mark Mosayebi emailed AND called me. Once I explained the predicament I was in, he laid out my best options. I live an hour away, so we handled most of the information via telephone calls and emails. We made the trip, took a test ride, signed the papers, and was out the door. The benefits and advantages really are great and many other dealerships do not offer them. It was a low-pressure environment and an easy transaction. The financing manager also did a fantastic job explaining our options and making sure we have the best available. More
