Terrible Service I serviced my first Grand Cherokee with LKN Jeep for YEARS frankly because it was the closest dealership to me. I bought my 2014 Grand Cherokee from them and have been nothing but disappointed with the service. The people are rude, and "about an hour" always means AT LEAST two. The real kicker came when I did not receive my "free tires for life" as promised because I "breached" a contract (that had never been explained to me) by not rotating my tires exactly according to their schedule. The service rep. was completely unwilling to work with me even though I have spent a large amount of money with them. I am extremely disappointed in the service I have received from them, especially in the past year. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. More

Awesome Experience! I had been eyeballing the new Renegade since before it's actual release. I spent countless hours trying to convince my husband that my 2006 sedan just I had been eyeballing the new Renegade since before it's actual release. I spent countless hours trying to convince my husband that my 2006 sedan just wasn't cutting it anymore. He was hesitant (naturally) to buy a brand new model. I stopped at the dealership and talking to Ken who was a great help in giving me the ammo I needed to convince the hubby otherwise. Eventually my husband and I went into the dealership without a plan in mind (dangerous, I know!) We knew we wanted to look at the new Renegade but didn't plan to leave with one that day. We talked to Nathan about what we (or I) wanted, and what would work for us. He was very knowledgeable not only about the vehicle, but our options in terms of leasing/vs financing. A GREAT help!!! The process was rather painless compared to other experiences I have had with dealerships. From walking in to walking out was only a couple of hours - including test drive and negotiation. When it was time to upgrade to a new Rubicon my wife and I were happy to give their sales department a try. Mark, Corey, Brian and the rest of the Lake Norman Chrysler team did not disappoint and we will definitely be repeat customers in the future. Also very big thanks to Jack for the great experience and awesome deal. Mark took care of us from start to finish and made the whole buying process very simple.
