I have the utmost appreciation for my awesome salesman, Tracy Sherrill, who seemed to just know exactly what would make me happy; then wasted no time in leading me right to it and now I am "sitinhi" above most other vehicles and going faster than I need to be,lol! The whole staff and atmosphere is BOSS! I don't know I drove well over 25 miles and knew where my perfect JEEP was, but sometimes things happen for a reason. LIES AND LIES AND TOTAL WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee on 4/13/2015 and picked it up app 8pm and really rushed out the door because dealership was closing......several things Purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee on 4/13/2015 and picked it up app 8pm and really rushed out the door because dealership was closing......several things were not done for us including alarm not working correctly. Window was busted out on Thurs and we bought the truck back and immediately I emailed John J to get Mgr name and rec;d email back with the name C Smith which I emailed and no response from him but Customer Relations Mgr called me to f/u on me contacting the Mgr. I was told by Cust Relations Mgr that my truck was being repaired and he was unsure when repairs would be completed so he said he would go find out and call back in 20mins but instead I rec'd call from Willie Brown who told me that my truck carried a Mopar window and he had ordered it and expected to receive it this weekend or no later than Mon. We gave him $1000.00 in cash and left with the loaner vehicle. I called back in a few hrs and everything was changed and now Willie told me that this claim needs to go to my insurance company and alarm is working fine, etc He gave me a check for $100 to suffice for cd player that was supposed to be in this $26,000 truck but it wasn't. I requested a number for corporate office and was told by Willie that there was no such thing and he gave me Stephanie Lang number because he said she was the highest person that I could complain to and still nothing can be done for us. I said I didn't want the truck and he gladly told me it was no problem and that it would be a repossession on my credit. I contacted another Dodge dealership and got the toll free number in which I called 800.423.6343 and spoke w/Dallas C who took corporate complaint to send to the area mgr for further assistance. I AM VERY DISSATISFIED BECAUSE I DECIDED TO MAKE A 2ND PURCHASE HERE WHEN I DIDNT HAVE TO AND REC'D THE WORST SERVICE EVER. More
