Drive 500 miles to buy elsewhere Run Away FAST! Do NOT buy a car here- 3 hours of our lives wasted on unscrupulous practices, including but not limited to 1) stating that "things suc Run Away FAST! Do NOT buy a car here- 3 hours of our lives wasted on unscrupulous practices, including but not limited to 1) stating that "things such as 3% dealer holdbacks, dealer cash and incentives don't exist" ; 2) trying to hide some of our eligible rebates in his own pockets---- then when pressed for the specifics because the math did not add up, the salesman literally grabs all the paperwork off the desk, informs us "we're done here", and refuses give us our documents back that we had written our notes and figures on. 3) Playing games with trade values- printing out copies of KBB listing for the car we wished to trade that "conveniently forget" to list over $9k in upgrades listed in the original purchase. I wish I could blame it on a rogue sales guy, but amazingly his "manager" stood behind him, and refused to explain or even gives us our notes back. More

Within 24 hours were were leaving the dealership in our new 2015 Dodge Durango. He was very honest, nice and helpful. He went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great deal compiled. He delivered exactly what he promised us. He did not haggle with us or try to push us into a vehicle that we did not want. I will forward anyone that needs a vehicle to Willie. I am very happy with our purchase. I am very glad to see that excellent customer service still exists especially in the auto industry. Never looked in the eyes as he spoke, and was in a rush to get out of there. As it happens so often in the car business,went to Hendrick Chrysler and paid the same amount that I had originally disagreed on, with a smile on my face because the manager was approachable. Not only did he not earn my business, but he lost my girlfriends who bought a jeep two days later and future word of mouth business. Also,I live in their backyard and choose to go elsewhere for service. The Salesman Kyle was friendly. Oh and manager didn't introduce himself to my girlfriend. She didn't care, but in most cases, that would be a deal breaker. Car business 101 More
