When we arrived to the dealership, it was raining hard and we didn`t even want to stop as we really just wanted to look at one of the Dodge Durangos for its size and options available as we never seen one before. We decided to pull in under the service area as it was covered. I asked Randy for his help as he was outside. From the first moment, he was very helpful. Again, it was pouring down, but he didn`t mind to pull a durango to the covered space, so we can look at it. My wife really liked it, but we really needed a vehicle with captain seats in the second row. Randy took his time and found one in the lot so my wife could test drive it. As she was extremely happy with it, we started to talk about options to buy that Durango. Long story short, within 4 hours of our arrival, with no intention to buy anything, we drove away with the Durango, our other vehicle was traded in and not once we felt any pressure that we need to purchase. The shopping experience was more than I have ever experienced, this is my 5th vehicle and we will definitely come back for our next vehicle and work with Randy again. More

I dealt with Maggie Carrigan at that time and she handled my transaction from out of state like I was sitting across from her at her desk. She is extremely knowledgeable and a true professional. When again I could not find what I was looking for in FL, I called to see if Maggie was still at this dealership. I found out that she was and we started the process of finding the vehicle for which I was looking. Once again, Maggie made the buying experience a truly great experience. Bad experience with salesman I bought my Jeep from this dealership due to the "Lake Norman Advantage" they offer. My initial contact with the sales department was great. Upon arri I bought my Jeep from this dealership due to the "Lake Norman Advantage" they offer. My initial contact with the sales department was great. Upon arriving for my scheduled meeting to see the Jeeps on the lot and complete a test drive I learned I would not be able to work with Mark since he was off but instead Ed Lucas. From beginning to end it was a terrible experience. Ed was rude referring to me as honey/sweetheart and my dad as pops the entire time. To me this is immensely disrespectful. I would ask a question and he would laugh. He was arrogant and condescending throughout the entire process. He was aggressive throughout the negotiation of price and did not even shake our hands, tell us thank you, or walk us to the door on our way out after a deal was made. He instead went back to playing on his phone as he was doing when we arrived. He behaved as though he was doing me a favor by allowing me to purchase the Jeep. I was also told a specific date I could pick up my Jeep and when that date changed I was not notified. Instead I called the dealership and got yelled at by Ed over the phone when asking why the date changed. I spoke with the manager that was very understanding and helpful yet when I arrived to pick up my Jeep the following day I was once again working with Ed after I had requested someone new. I ultimately bought my Jeep from this location due to the convenience of it's location and the Lake Norman Advantage as well as the good reviews I read about their service department. I hate to think Ed made any commission off the sale of the Jeep because he certainly did not deserve it. More

Today I would like to recognize Terry in the service department. I left my truck with him the other day, as had to leave town for duty. I am grateful that I never had to look back.
