It all started when we spotted the vehicle on the internet late one night and simply sent an email, expecting to hear back the next day. To our shock, we received a reply within only a few minutes and that was the beginning of what turned out to be a truly wonderful experience with Internet Sales Manager, Mark Mosayebi. We learned that Mark has been in the business at that location for about 15 years so he is exceptionally knowledgeable about the cars and his people skills are completely "on point". He was extremely professional both in his oral and written communications and he's got a great "get it done" attitude. We appreciated how timely and proactive Mark was and what we loved most is that he was very 'up front' and didn't play any games about anything. We found his integrity to be impeccable and on top of it all we found him to be wonderfully personable and a very fun gentleman to deal with. We will never hesitate in the future to ask Mark for help when we are in the market for a vehicle and we highly recommend him to anyone who is planning to purchase a vehicle, wants to deal with a truly classy salesperson, and wants a smooth transaction start to finish. We were also impressed by the appearance and amenities of the facilities and the helpfulness of the staff. Corey helped us with our paperwork and we were also pleasantly surprised by how efficient and fun he was (despite being a Falcons fan). =)Also, the entire dealership was so clean, beautiful, and pleasantly fragrant that my wife commented to one of the staff that it must be fun to go to work there each day (the staff person enthusiastically said that it is). When we arrived to the dealership, it was raining hard and we didn`t even want t My wife and I have purchased a used 2013 Dodge Durango last Saturday. When we arrived to the dealership, it was raining hard and we didn`t even want to stop as we really just wanted to look at one of the Dodge Durangos for its size and options available as we never seen one before. We decided to pull in under the service area as it was covered. I asked Randy for his help as he was outside. From the first moment, he was very helpful. Again, it was pouring down, but he didn`t mind to pull a durango to the covered space, so we can look at it. My wife really liked it, but we really needed a vehicle with captain seats in the second row. Randy took his time and found one in the lot so my wife could test drive it. As she was extremely happy with it, we started to talk about options to buy that Durango. Long story short, within 4 hours of our arrival, with no intention to buy anything, we drove away with the Durango, our other vehicle was traded in and not once we felt any pressure that we need to purchase. The shopping experience was more than I have ever experienced, this is my 5th vehicle and we will definitely come back for our next vehicle and work with Randy again. More
