I was connected immediately with my salesman Jack Perrault who really did a terrific job bending over backwards to make the experience as easy and quick as possible. We worked on the numbers and pretty quickly came to a fair agreement on my trade and the purchase. I then shared with Jack that it would really make my day if he could someway get the bed cover for the truck installed. He shared that it is a 4 hour installation but he would see what he could do. I left to return to work at 11:00 with the hope that when I returned around 5:00 he would have been able to work some magic. Well, Jack’s a magician. The truck was ready to go by 4:30, cleaned and ready roll off the lot. After I finished up with Cory in the finance department which to my pleasure took less than 15 minutes I was ready to leave. I consider the experience to have been really exceptional. I would go so far as to say much more personal, pleasurable, and simple than the purchase of my Mercedes earlier this year.
