We were looking for a replacement for my Jeep which had been serviced here and had felt comfortable with the dealership in that capacity. Since being retired price and payment were crucial in our decision making. Well kudos to JOSH McKinde our sales consultant and his manager. They took a situation which looked doomed and turned it into a brand spanking new Dodge Durango. We are thrilled with this purchase. We previously dealt with two big Toyota dealers in the area for new cars. WOW! Had we known buying a new SUV could be this stress free, pleasant, respectful and easy we would have been here long ago. Love being able to get our car washed at any time for FREE and being able to enjoy snacks and drinks offered in concession area as well. Our kids love the playroom with TV, popcorn and cookies. My new 2014 Chrysler 300C I was not planning to buy a car but was so impressed with the 2014 Chrysler 300C that I had to have it! My 2008 Cad DTS was a mint, low mileage car t I was not planning to buy a car but was so impressed with the 2014 Chrysler 300C that I had to have it! My 2008 Cad DTS was a mint, low mileage car that I really liked and fully loaded. But, it seemed dated and stogy next to the 300. That car is sleek and very cutting edge. It has a lot of options that I really like---the main one being heated AND cooled seats. That is great with a leather interior in the summer. The Alpine sound system seems better than the Cadillac's premium Bose. The navigation system is far more user friendly being based on Garmin. Cadillac uses some kind of GM system that took me two years to figure out! The power rear sunshade is also a must. Especially if your car is out in the sun for any period of time. The fit and finish is also very impressive. I have driven Cadillacs nearly my entire adult life. Chrysler is going to give them a run for their money with this baby! The 20" wheels make handling great and the gas mileage is FAR better than the Cadillac and the motor is a V-8 HEMI! I look forward to just going to the grocery store or dry cleaners just to have a chance to drive it! Lake Norman CJDR also provides 4 free oil changes and free tires for life! Don't see Cadillac doing that. The dreaded, "buying a new car", has changed. The staff was very friendly and worked with me to make sure I was satisfied and happy. The whole experience was really great. More

Worst Car Experience Ever! Overall this has been the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. From the returning phone calls, to the finance department, to the actua Overall this has been the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. From the returning phone calls, to the finance department, to the actual vehicle, I have nothing good to say. My fiance and I went with this dealership due to the number of positive reviews but unfortunately it did not go as planned. The people were to busy to call us back, however when we got there employees were playing corn hole and enjoying themselves. We filled out the finance application online and was told our payment was under a certain amount. We made the hour drive and found out that the payment was not under the amount, it was over and didn't get include the extras we needed like GAP and a warranty. The finance manager, Josh, we had the pleasure of working with was the most rudest person I have ever met. We were apparently wasting his time by buying a brand new car and being in his office. Nothing was explained and things were promised that later became false promises. Paperwork that we signed was not given to us and things we asked for were not given. Luckily this person was fired so hopefully the other finance managers are more attentive to everyone's needs. The car that was bought brand new, had problems that apparently weren't noticed in the first 60 miles at the dealership. Had to travel back to the dealership the following business day to get the issues worked on (we live over an hour away) and had to miss work. Couldn't even get an apology from the salesman. Overall I'm sorry to say but we will not be back to the dealership to buy another car. We really liked their promotion for free oil changes and tires, however the catch is all the maintenance has to be done at their location within a certain amount of time of the schedule maintenance. Which is fine but we still can't even get a maintenance schedule from the dealership for the vehicle. More
