Turning a bad day into a great one I took my 9 year Dodge Dakota in for service for my transmission. While there I looked at a more comfortable car. I met a sales person and talked abou I took my 9 year Dodge Dakota in for service for my transmission. While there I looked at a more comfortable car. I met a sales person and talked about my needs. He explained to me several options. And we looked at two, a Chrysler 200 and 300 new and pre-owned. I asked him to put together a package for me. I later emailed him to also include a trade in for me on my 2012 Chevy. I came back the next day and was greeted by a very professional pricing package that was to my surprise had a lower purchase price for the Chrysler 300 and a higher trade in price for my Chevy. I said to my spouse lets do this. We then met with the finance person who explained several options on the additional maintenance options that I asked for. we then bought the Chrysler 300. The best part about this is for the first time in my life the next day I had no buyer remorse. Did I do the right thing could I have gotten a better price. I strongly recommend to everyone to give this professional team a chance to do the same for you. More

A great experience...Maggie Carrigan is the Best!!! I am writing about my experience at Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Ram. I was in the market for a 2013/2014 Ram 1500. I knew exactly what I was looking f I am writing about my experience at Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Ram. I was in the market for a 2013/2014 Ram 1500. I knew exactly what I was looking for and what options I wanted in a new truck. One of the primary reasons I wanted a Ram was because of the new 8 speed automatic, to me an 8 speed tranny in a truck made alot of sense, due to having a few extra gears, that translates to better mpg on the hwy. I also considered Ram having back to back motor trend awards, which translates to reliability. I went into the dealership around closing and was immediately greeted by Margaret(Maggie). Maggie was VERY helpful and patience with me(I visited no less than 5 times) Each time Maggie answer all of my questions and I had a truck that I wanted in mind. The truck was fully loaded, but still did not have all of the options I wanted such as remote start. I wanted that option from the factory, but because the truck did not have remote start or the impressive tow package, I stayed on the fence, not sure if I wanted it. Maggie was very concerned about me being happy with my choice, and even searched other dealers to see if she could get what I wanted, she did not want me to settle on a choice, but wanted me to be happy. She even found a few trucks that were identical to the one I chose, but one was a quad cab(I wanted a crew cab), the other had all the options except it was 4x2 and with a truck of this size, I felt that 4x4 was a necessity Well Maggie came through for me, she found a truck that was fully loaded, and I mean loaded and gave me a good price!! Everyone was very friendly and professional, but in my opinion, if you are looking for a car or truck, ask for Maggie, she will make sure that your needs come first! Thanks Maggie. More
