Mark was awesome during my whole purchase. I went to other Dealerships and I still always come back to Lake Norman. This is my 3rd vehicle from them and I must say, there is a reason that I am purchasin other Dealerships and I still always come back to Lake Norman. Mark did not try to sneak anything in, he took the time to write out prices and list what everything would be in specifics, NO HIDDEN STUFF! I was in the market for a luxury SUV and was comparing the Acura MDX, Infiniti Q50 and the Audi Q5 before I decided to include the Jeep Grand Cherokee Highlander into my search. After reviewing this vehi the Acura MDX, Infiniti Q50 and the Audi Q5 before I decided to include the Jeep Grand Cherokee Highlander into my search. After reviewing this vehicle it had more options available than many of the others and seemed to meet the specifications I was looking for in this type of vehicle. When I visited the dealership I was approached by Mark and he helped me look at the different models and options for this class. My biggest concern was the price as I had a bad experience when looking at Charlotte of Infiniti when negotiating with them. Mark provided me a fair price and after completing my due diligence when I left that evening, I discovered he offered me the best price without having to further haggle with him. In addition, they offered me the fair NADA value of my current vehicle - something none of the other dealerships were not willing to offer. The process went very smooth and Christina in the Finance Department was very friendly and went over every form with me to make sure I knew what I was completing. In the end, she reassured me that Mark was one of the top salesman at the dearlership and confirmed she has seen many cars like this and I left with a very good deal on a luxury car. Since my purchase, Mark has followed up with me to make sure I am satisfied and provided me assistance should I need it. My problem with the dealership is dont advertise one price and want one that is $1500 over the advertised price. It is my understanding they include every rebate they can on this price whether you qualify for it or not. this is the only reason i drove over an hour to get there. Deceptive advertising? yes. Between this and giving the low ball offer on my car was the difference between my purchase of a new vehicle. Buyer beware!! More

While shopping at Best Buy, we saw a JEEP in the parking lot that caught our eye. We had been "thinking of getting another vehicle" but not this particular day. Upon arrival we were greeted by sales person Sam Dewitt who escorted us out to the lot showing us the Jeep Cherokee's. (our vehicle of interest). Sam very patiently went in and out to get keys to show us a variety. Once we found the Jeep of interest we went for a trial drive. Upon return to the dealership we sat down to talk price. Next thing we knew our "thinking of getting a vehicle" just became a reality. It was Sat afternoon so after negotiations we asked if we could return the next day to complete the paperwork and pick up the vehicle. We returned Sun. to finish the deal. Sam and Amanda both were cheerful, positive, helpful, and very courteous during the process. I would definitely recommend Lake Norman CJD We LOVE our new Jeep. More
