This is the first time I've dealt with Christina and she was an absolute riot to work with. Explanation of everything, including my past purchase in which the finance guy told me one thing and was actually not true (my bad for not catching it). She went over everything. New Grand Cherokee I recently bought a new grand cherokee. This dealership had a great selection of jeeps at each of the various trim levels. Once we decided on a vehi I recently bought a new grand cherokee. This dealership had a great selection of jeeps at each of the various trim levels. Once we decided on a vehicle the negotiations process was as expected. Maggie was very reasonable and easy to work with. AJ coordinated the installation of a hitch a few days after the sale. I was very impressed with the the customer service. I dropped off the jeep and was off in a loaner within 5 minutes on my way to work. Then when the work was done, AJ drove my car down to Uptown Charlotte to drop it off at my office and take the loaner back. Very convient!! Very impressed with the customer service so far. More

I have previously bought 3 vehicles from Lake Norman and had been looking to trade my wife's vehicle in on a Grand Cherokee. Last weekend we went in and met with Mark Mosayebi. He took us around the lot and had been looking to trade my wife's vehicle in on a Grand Cherokee. Last weekend we went in and met with Mark Mosayebi. He took us around the lot and we ended finding one that met our needs. Mark was very good and showed my wife and me all the different features on the one we selected. Mark and GM Craig Smith gave us a very fair price on our trade in and worked with us to be able to get into the vehicle in the price range we were looking for. Finance manager Christina was also great to work with. My wife the other day had to take the vehicle back in to get the extra set of key FOB's programmed and dealt with AJ and he also had the front windows tinted for her. All in all it was very good experience and would absolutely go back for our car shopping needs. More
