Our experience at Lake Norman Chrysler began the minute we entered the beautifully appointed showroom with Maggie holding open the door for us. We were made to feel by everyone at Lake Norman Chrysler that even though we were looking at a 2011 Jeep, we were top priority! From the minute we test drove our Jeep (yes, we bought it) to the minute we drove out of the parking lot, we had an exceptional experience. Poor car salesmen usually have a stigma attached to them; not at Lake Norman Chrysler! Instead of feeling like we had just had a "root canal" at a previous dealership, we came away from Lake Norman Chrysler like we had just had a "spa-like" experience. We will recommend this dealership to anyone who needs a vehicle, new or used. And, don't forget to have some of the "free" delicious popcorn at the customer bar. It's better than theater popcorn! After a few weeks of ownership we realized it didnt fit our lifestyle very well. So in December I called Mark and told him we wanted to trade for a 2013 Ram 1500 Express quad cab. After the phone call we went to the dealership and Mark had a fully loaded 2012 Ram 1500 quad cab that they had left on the lot. We traded that afternoon. He was expecting my arrival and was very prompt on getting my information and then I took my test drive. His product knowledge was outstanding, he answered all of my questions and demonstrated all of the Ram's features. I feel Carey helped me get the best deal on my new Ram 1500. I bought a used car at this dealership and four days afterwards it had a problem with the power seat, it was not working.
