We went looking at several dealerships in the Charlotte area but stopped in to Lake Norman Chrysler on our way to the mountains. The process of deciding on a car was very easy. Not to mention that since we dont purchase a new vehicle until 6 years old they had a great selection. Christine was very friendly helped us pick out the car with all the options he wanted and she explained all the safety items I wanted to know about. It took us about two hours to complete the whole process including chasing our son around the showroon (sorry y'all). The finance guy Brian was very gracious in helping us make choices on payments and rate etc. which he configured for our growing family. Granted my husband got the v-8 and I wanted a v-6 but I dont mind passing a few people in the process! Thanks again to all the great people at Lake Norman Chrysler. BOUGHT USED 2005 DODGE TRUCK (11-30-12)WAS CHARGED $199 FOR TITLE FEE, I AM OUT OF STATE SO I DID OWN TITLE WORK AND PAID STATE OF GEORGIA. I CALLED WILLIE BROWN HE TOLD ME I WOULD NOT GET REFUND, CALLED FOR TITLE FEE, I AM OUT OF STATE SO I DID OWN TITLE WORK AND PAID STATE OF GEORGIA.
