I went to other Jeep dealers and got the same high pressure run around that most of us experience when car shopping. In my search for something different, I found the Lake Norman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram website. The site is very user friendly. In a few simple steps I entered my contact information and very quickly Mark Mosayebi called me back. It was the very last day of the month and I just was no longer in the mood to purchase much less speak to another “sales guy”. However, Mark took an approach I had not yet experienced, HE LISTENED TO ME FIRST. He did not push me to “Come on in!” After listening, he informed me that he would begin to look for what I want and would called me right back. Again, very quickly, he called back and with a no pressure attitude to let me know he had a few options for me. As a woman purchasing a car, this part can often be a less than a desirable experience. Amanda, the finance woman, took such great care of me. Through the entire experience I was made to feel very comfortable with my buying options NO PRESSURE. Not one time did anyone say the all too familiar, “If you don't buy today the deal may not be here tomorrow.” The team took extra time to explain each feature, personalize the settings, and allow me to ask, ask, ask and ask some more questions. The showroom itself is top notch - clean, great snacks, kid friendly with a neat little playroom. Everyone one maintained a level of professionalism you do not often find in sales. After my purchase Mark followed up with me to make sure I was happy with my purchase, to confirm that I had no additional questions, and to thank me for my business.
