Earlier this year, we were in the market for a Jeep Wrangler. I had wanted one for a long time, and had done enough research to have detailed questions which sales people at other dealerships lacked t Wrangler. We decided to visit Lake Norman because they appeared to have a large inventory of Wranglers, and they were one of the few dealers open on a Sunday. This dealership is 45 minutes' drive from our home; so we called before going and told the receptionist we would need someone who could answer a bunch a specific Jeep-related questions. She immediately connected my call to Jay Tarlowe, whom she referred to as a "Jeep expert". This title is an understatement for Jay's knowledge and enthusiasm for Jeeps, and particularly Wranglers. We bought our first Sahara from Jay that day, with some excellent assistance and sound (honest) advice from Brian Kanabroski in finance. Since then, I've e-mailed Jay at the dealership with questions about going door-less with our Wrangler, etc. He always replies promptly, and with the same level of enthusiasm for Jeeps as he had when we bought ours. With Jay, I get the feeling his job is a real pleasure for him; he is not pushy, insincere, and annoying as many sales people can be. He believes in his product, listens to his customers, and lets everything fall into place. So, when we decided to add a second Wrangler to our garage this weekend (we had a 2-door automatic, and also needed a 4-door manual), the only place we shopped was with Jay. He was able to find what we wanted in his inventory, and we drove our 2nd Sahara home last night. Again, our financing was handled by Brian, and the entire experience was smooth; we were so relieved to have Jay and Brian both there to work with again. Honestly, we wouldn't buy a Jeep with any other team unless they both left the car sales business. :) Thanks, guys, for making it almost as much fun to buy a Jeep as it is to drive one! More

What an awesome experience. I told them what kind of car I was looking for and within days they had the car for me and it was in perfect condition and sold to me at a great price. This is a terrible place to buy a car. I was compensated in the price of my car by $500 off the price if I agreed to write a 5 star google review. They pretend to be online however when you havea problem they suddenly loose your phone number and do not return calls. I paid cash for my car and the title form was not completed correctly. Afte six weeks I recieved the messed up title and had to travel to the DMV (at the request of Lake Norman Dodge) to correct and pay to have the item corrected. Now I am listed as the second owner of my vehicle not a one owner vehicle all because someone cant fill out a form! JAck Salzman does not return my call even when instructed to do so by Chrysler. This really cost me money and their uncaring unkind attitude only makes it worse. I guess they got my money they are done with me! More

I knew I wanted a SUV but didn't know exactly what I wanted. I had the Ford Edge as one of my top choices. I decided to look around at Lake Norman Jeep. Randy was my salesman he was AWESOME!!! He made the auto buying process smooth and welcoming. That same day I purchased a 2012 Jeep Liberty. Which I totally love, it has everything on my wish list and within my price range. The car had more standard upgrades and the best price of anything I had looked at! To get half the standard upgrades I received with the Chrysler 200 I would have needed to spend an extra $6,000 at Nissan for the Ultima!!!
