On 2 separate occasions in the past we had walked out of this dealership because of the attitudes and service of the sales staff. Upon entering the showroom this time, I could tell that this visit would be this dealership because of the attitudes and service of the sales staff. Upon entering the showroom this time, I could tell that this visit would be different. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The sales person that I had, Brian Cramer, was respectful, very informed about the vehicle I was interested in, and took the time to listen to my wants and needs. The service manager even came out and answered some questions that my husband had. After having two bad experiences, both resulting in purchases made elsewhere, I was very impressed at the changes I saw in Lake Norman Chrysler. I never thought I would, but I highly recommend them when looking for a new or used vehicle. More

For a first time buyer this was a fantastic place to go. I was greeted promptly when I entered the door and directed straight to Tony to help me out. Tony was friendly, polite, and willing to work with me on what I wanted - he even managed to pick out a car with a body and feel that I love without even being told that I preferred boxier cars! After that when we got to the financing part Brian was amazing, and got me the best deal possible. Granted, it was pricier than I was hoping I would have to pay, but for a girl just around college age buying a first car it's not a bad payment schedule in the slightest. Overall I was very happy with the service they provided, and would definitely recommend them to others. More
