I keep my cars a long time so service is very important.I had visited another dealership closer to my home and was very dissatisfied with the attitude toward me as a female car buyer. My experience at Lake Norman Jeep was quite different. My salesperson is Ed Lucas, who patiently and respectfully answered all my questions. Brian Kanabroski helped me decide the best financing options, and Russell Owen helped me overcome my indecisiveness so that I could buy the Jeep I came for in the first place. I had a small SUV for 15 years and thought I would never find another car I liked as much but by the I got home in my new Jeep Rubicon (it's beautiful!) , I had totally forgotten about the old car. I am enjoying the Jeep very much, and recommend this dealership. More

We had a great experience with Kenny and Christina. Kenny made the trade in and purchase of a new vehicle very easy. We were quickly able to identify what we wanted and understood the different models Kenny made the trade in and purchase of a new vehicle very easy. He was able to identify what we wanted quickly that was in transit for a 2014 model. The best part was the dealership went ahead and executed the transaction with us, took our trade and then gave us a comparable loaner for a week until our vehicle arrived. Communication and responsiveness was very good throughout the entire transaction and the dealership was very accomodating. The experience with the finance manager was very good with no pressure around add ons. All in all, we had a great experience. More
