I walked in the front door and was greeted by a friendly lady at the front desk that located Carey. He was expecting my arrival and was very prompt on getting my information and then I took my test drive. His product knowledge was outstanding, he answered all of my questions and demonstrated all of the Ram's features. I feel Carey helped me get the best deal on my new Ram 1500. I will definitely recommend Lake Norman Chrysler to anyone looking for a vehicle. Carey made a follow up call the next morning to make sure I had a safe trip back home. I bought a used car at this dealership and four days afterwards it had a problem with the power seat, it was not working. Surprisingly they didn't even blink an eye. We took care of all the paperwork through the internet and 1 day mail. They let my dad test drive the truck for me and once the truck was mine he was able to take home and bring it to me. The price was reasonable and much cheaper than anything out here in Arkansas!
