BOUGHT USED 2005 DODGE TRUCK (11-30-12)WAS CHARGED $199 FOR TITLE FEE, I AM OUT OF STATE SO I DID OWN TITLE WORK AND PAID STATE OF GEORGIA. I CALLED WILLIE BROWN HE TOLD ME I WOULD NOT GET REFUND, CALLED FOR TITLE FEE, I AM OUT OF STATE SO I DID OWN TITLE WORK AND PAID STATE OF GEORGIA. I CALLED WILLIE BROWN HE TOLD ME I WOULD NOT GET REFUND, CALLED JACK SALZMAN (OWNER) FIVE TIMES NO RETURN CALL. WILLIE CALLED ME BACK NEXT DAY AND SAID I WOULD RECEIVE A CHECK FOR THE $199 TITLE FEE. THREE WEEKS LATER NO CHECK, CALLED WILLIE TODAY (12-21-12) WAS TOLD HE WAS NOT IN, LADY WAS VERY RUDE HUNG UP ON ME, CALLED BACK DIFFERENT LADY (VERY NICE) TOLD HER I WAS LOOKING FOR A CHECK SO SHE PUT ME THRU TO SOMEONE AND I DID NOT GET HIS NAME (VERY RUDE)SAID HE HAD BEEN THERE TWELVE YEARS AND HAD MY PAPERWORK IN FRONT OF HIM TO REVIEW, ONCE AGAIN WAS TOLD NO REFUND, I HEARD SOMEONE IN BACKGROUND TELL HIM JACK SALZMAN (OWNER) HAD SIGNED OFF FOR ME RECEIVE REFUND, I ASKED HIM ABOUT CHECK SAID I WOULD HAVE TO TALK TO WILLIE, I ASKED HIM TO SPEAK TO GM AND WAS HUNG UP ON AGAIN. I CALLED BACK ASKED TO SPEAK TO GM PUT ME THRU TO VOICEMAIL, LEFT MESSAGE NO RETURN CALL. WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO GO THRU ALL OF THIS FOR SOMEONE TO ASSIST ME, YOU HAVE CUSTOMBER NO SERVICE!!! ALSO WHEN THE TRUCK WENT THRU SERVICE THE DAY BEFORE I BOUGHT, THERE WAS TWO KEYS AND TWO REMOTES GOT ONE KEY AND ONE REMOTE, LOST OVERNIGHT ONE KEY, ONE REMOTE (GOOD JOB) More
