On May 11th, I purchased a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee 70 Anniversary Edition. My experience at this dealership was excellent! We dealt with Mike, Brian, and Obie. But, we found a 2007 Saturn outlook that was perfect. I called the dealership and left a message in detail around 8:20 that morning as to what i wanted, John called me back and my wife and i drove to LNCJ and John was at the receptionist desk awaiting our arrival. The vehicle was pulled up front and to our appreciation this vehicle was in beautiful shape just what we wanted. So, we test drove it (the car), and was completely satisfied, now the great part of all this was that i had gotten a loan from my credit union but due to lack of credit history they gave me the loan at 15.9% interest which is rediculous. So, first John got the vehicle for us and a reduced price and the manager got us financed at 10.4% interest with a extended warranty of 3yrs or 36,000 miles. John showed that he is a man of patience, humility and an attentive ear to hear the voice of God. He knows what i mean. So, as i conclude first and foremost i thank the Holy Father for this blessing and secondly I thank LNCJ for their support and John for his spirit. More

I found the car (VW Passat) I was looking for online. My fiance had bought two previous jeeps from John at Lake Norman Chrysler and Jeep and we were therefore pretty psyched to see that the car I was intere fiance had bought two previous jeeps from John at Lake Norman Chrysler and Jeep and we were therefore pretty psyched to see that the car I was interested in was located a LNCJ. My fiance gave John a call and told him we were coming by to see the car. John had a washed and waiting for us at the front when we got there. I bought the car 30 mins later. John was awesome. He's not the pushy salesman that you're used to seeing at dealerships. He was very nonchalant during the entire process (and my fiance also loved that fact about John which is why he bought two Jeeps from him (at different times)). He got me a great deal on a car that was already priced lower than any other online and they gave me a great deal for my trade-in. I would highly suggest that anyone start (an end) their search at LNCJ - regardless of what type of car of truck your looking for. Oh, and be sure and ask for John. You'll love him! More

The Service/customer service rep-AJ Looper was great, he was so professional, helpful and accommodating for the maintenance service that I was needing. I had forgotten on my arrival to ask about a small MNT was so professional, helpful and accommodating for the maintenance service that I was needing. I had forgotten on my arrival to ask about a small MNT repair service that I needed, but he was able to get it resolved for me by consulting with the Tech-(name unknown-but he was most helpful) and the Tech didn't mind taking care of the repair. This was my 2nd visit, and I really appreciate "good" service, professionalism, and a caring attitude. I don't mind driving the distance for good service. Thanks AJ! More

My husband and I have been Chevy people for years. We decided to check out a 2011 Dodge Durango we saw on line. We drove up and met Christine and she showed us the SUV and we knew we wanted it. At no time were we ever pressured. She was very knowlegable of the vehicle and explained many of the features. When we left there we knew we had found not only a great dealer but friends.
