For 4 months I have been watching the market for a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokees with low miles. When I got to the dealership Nate met me and asked what I was looking for. Nate was very knowledgeable on the vehicle and encouraged me to test drive it and fully review the car to make sure this is what I wanted and I was happy. I went in with a budget and I told him I will walk if we cannot get to a price within my threshold. He was nice to negotiate with as he was not aggressive or pushy. Nate is very personable, professional and well versed on his product. He could explain to me all the differences between the last model and the current jeep. I have traded cars every year the past 3 years and this was by far my best experience! I would absolutely come back to this dealership. I would have no qualms about recommending this dealership to others. Next time I trade (which will not be soon as I am finally happy in the vehicle I got) I will absolutely come back to this dealership and will gladly give Nate another sale. I went to purchase a used car under $10,000, which we looked at, but given my needs and desires Maggie got me into a 2013 BRAND NEW Dodge Avenger with the financing terms I needed. It was such a blessing and a wonderful surprise!! Maggie, Brian and the negotiater were so caring, even after the papers were signed, they would ask me wasn't I excited and expressed how they felt better with me having a SAFE car instead of the one I traded in. Speaking of that, I was just amazed at my trade in value. This is honestly the first time I have ever purchased a car and not felt like I got taken. Even the next day when I woke up I felt great about the deal and sooooo proud to be driving this car, not regreting a thing. To me the dealership seemed like a large family.
