I have purchased three cars from this dealer. My problems started with prior ownership when the former owners signed my wife up for a 7 year lease! We did not find out until we went to turn it in th problems started with prior ownership when the former owners signed my wife up for a 7 year lease! We did not find out until we went to turn it in three years later. We then purchased a new Charger. The Charger failed to start on cold starts the first week we owned the car. The dealer was unable to fix this and my father-in-law who, at the time, was the VP of Engineering for Daimler-Chrysler, had to call a contact to get a specialist from another service dept to come and fix the car. This process took months and over 4 visits. We have taken our cars to this dealer for quotes on service only to compare them to other mechanics and found that they are on average 30% higher and the job is never complete on the first visit. This is by far the worst consumer experience I have ever had with any type of transaction! I do not know how this dealership can keep their rating? I believe it is because of the number of cars they have on the lot and not because of their ability to operate and manage a customer relationship. More

We stopped to eat on our way to a Lexus dealership. Long story short we went in and were met by Mr. Ellenburg. He answered all of our questions and wasn't pushing us into a sale. We felt very comfortable with this treatment and test drove our first ever Jeep product. We never made it to the Lexus dealership and drove back to Virginia. If we decide to purchase a new vehicle it will be from Mr Ellenburg. He has never bugged us with calling and pressuring us into purchasing from him. I like that. Douglas and Lisa More
