Today we found a Town and Country Touring online that we liked so we visited Lake Norman C/J/D to just check it out, but had no intentions of buying anything that day! Shortly checking out all the features and answering all the questions we had, I took it for a test drive and basically told him what price range and other options we would like to walk away with that van today. He was very appreciative with the upfront honesty, brought to others to review, and came up with an offer that we couldn't refuse! It was so quick and easy and with 2 little ones in tow, we needed it to be just that! I am extremely pleased with our decision and am so happy we stopped in today to "check it out"! I went to another dealership earlier this day to purchase a car I had already made my mind on. I was a returning customer there and when arriving they where not pleasant at all. Arriving at Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge I seen another car in the lot I was interested in and my boyfriend and I where met with a salesman named Michael Bohn. He was very nice and was able to answer our question. He took me on a test drive and was very professional and friendly. During the process, I was happy with the first Offer on my trade in and he worked with us very well on the entire process. I later found out he is new to the dealer ship and I would not have known that with out him telling me. I have to say he did a great job being new to the business. I also enjoyed working with the lady that did our finacial paperwork. I do not recall her name at this time, but she was amazing as well. I went to LNCJD for regular maint.check on my P.T. cruiser. I saw the sales person who sold me the car, Willie and he greeted me as if we were old friends, I like that in a sales person,It was my birt cruiser.
