I went in Lake Norman Dodge to look for a new car. I was very nervous since due to the economy my credit was not the best! But unlike in the past with car dealerships I did not feel like my business was not very nervous since due to the economy my credit was not the best! Brian was amazing! he never talked doen to me and gave me great advice! the excitment of having a new car is great but the reality of having car payments are unfortunatly a unavoidable thing in this day and age. But it is reassuring to know that you came out with the best deal possible. My son has bragged about Brian and Maggie for a while and has taken 4 people in the past year up to Lake Norman Dodge to buy a car. This was the BEST car purchasing experience I have ever had! I just recently bought a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Lake Norman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram NC. I went to other Jeep dealers and got the same high pressure run around that most of us experience when car shopping. In my search for something different, I found the Lake Norman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram website. The site is very user friendly. In a few simple steps I entered my contact information and very quickly Mark Mosayebi called me back. It was the very last day of the month and I just was no longer in the mood to purchase much less speak to another “sales guy”. However, Mark took an approach I had not yet experienced, HE LISTENED TO ME FIRST. He did not push me to “Come on in!” After listening, he informed me that he would begin to look for what I want and would called me right back. Again, very quickly, he called back and with a no pressure attitude to let me know he had a few options for me. As a woman purchasing a car, this part can often be a less than a desirable experience.
