We were shopping for a specific Jeep Grand Cherokee we had seen on the website. We live out of town so I called and spoke with Leslie Roscoe first who was very professional and scheduled our appt for the had seen on the website. She met us promptly and set us up with Randy Lorelike to assist us with the sale. Randy was terrific! He showed us the Jeep, took us for a test drive, and treated us as guests. He is very knowledgeable about the Jeep vehicles and told us about every little button and feature. He worked with us regarding the price and in the end we were very satisfied with the deal we received. We then met with Amanda Schrider for financing. Amanda was extremely friendly and helpful. She explained everything about the rates, etc and answered all our questions. After the financing was done and we were ready to go, Randy helped us set up the bluetooth feature with our phone and we were on our way. Overall I would rate this dealer very highly. When we got home we realized there was an issue with the financing that we still had concerns about. I called Amanda and she explained everything we needed to know and was extremly helpful. However, I couldn't have picked a better dealership. Tony Williams has got to be one of the friendliest and most interesting people I have ever met. He made us feel comfortable and we enjoyed talking to him. There was no pressure and we felt he was working with us to get what we wanted. Amanda Schrider was the best. She explained all we wanted to know about the paperwork and didn't mind our (probably stupid) questions. Thanks Amanda! Even though we already had picked the car we wanted, the dealership is large and has lots of choices in all models. Even Challengers. The showroom was large and didn't feel crowded, even on the 4th of July. I feel we got a good price on the Challenger.
