There was much attention while the deal was in progress. Most of the price negotiation was via email since I had to go out of town and not available by phone. I converted my lease on a Jeep to a purchase. After getting ABSOLUTELY NO HELP from another dealer in Charlotte (Keffer), I called Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge and was immediately taken care of. Amanda went above and beyond to find me the financing I wanted. She made the entire process quick and easy. I discovered during the process that she had been responding to my inquiries and schedule changes even when she was not at work. Without a doubt, this was one of the best car buying experiences I've had. And a week later, I'm STILL waiting for the other dealer to call me back. More

KJ was very good to us. He helped us get a good price on the two cars we were trading as well as helped us walk out of the dealership with the wrangler jeep we wanted. He immediately took us to the jeep we the two cars we were trading as well as helped us walk out of the dealership with the wrangler jeep we wanted. He immediately took us to the jeep we ended up buying after listening to what we wanted in a jeep. He showed us several others but when we finally made our decision in was the first one KJ had told us about. My AC recently went out in my Escape. I was close to Lake Norman Chrysler so I thought I would have them take a look at it and see what they could do. They were really great. They were able to fix my car and Norman Chrysler so I thought I would have them take a look at it and see what they could do. They were really great. They were able to fix my car and the price was great to. An AC isn't cheap but I called the Ford dealership close to my home to price it and Lake Norman was cheaper. They even had a loner car for me so that I didn't have to stay at the dealership all day. I have been back to get my car serviced (oil change) and will continue to do so! More
