I recently found myself in the situation that no one wants to be in but thank goodness for the guys at Lake Norman Chrysler. Last Sunday I was getting into my Charger when I noticed a small crack on the wants to be in but thank goodness for the guys at Lake Norman Chrysler. Last Sunday I was getting into my Charger when I noticed a small crack on the passenger side of my windshield. First thing Monday morning I drove over to the dealership and Josh was able to assist me in getting a windshield ordered and get me an appointment for Wednesday. Wednesday morning I pulled up to the dealership where I was greeted promptly by Jamie. He was helpful and gave me a time of completion so that my busy other half would be know when to drop me back off. The windshield was great and they even finished ahead of schedule. I will go back for any other services needed. More

I first visited the dealership to see a used vehicle but bought a new Jeep Patriot as the end result. I love the vehicle and was pleased with the value I got for my trade. One frustration was never being able to tie the amounts shown on the quote to anything on the window sticker or internet listing for the vehicle - even after asking multiple times. At one point in the process (after I had turned down an offer), the owner contacted me to ask how he could earn my business. I was very impressed that he contacted me but utterly disappointed that once I took the time to write to him, he never responded. It would have been better for him to have never inquired of me if he was not going to take my input seriously and offer an answer on it one way or another. Once Mark and I reached an agreement and I committed to the trade, the process went very smoothly. Mark obtained the information he needed to have all of the paperwork ready to sign and drive. He spent time with me going over the options on the vehicle and I drove away in a very clean Patriot with a full tank of gas. Thanks for the effort you put into making this a good experience, Mark. I’ve been a customer for about 10 years, having bought from first car from them. Today, however, was an exceptional visit. I needed to have my spark plugs changed in my Chrysler 300C. Mind you, I’ve had o from first car from them. Today, however, was an exceptional visit. I needed to have my spark plugs changed in my Chrysler 300C. Mind you, I’ve had oil changes and tire rotations with them which have been quick and easy. First off, I was able to quickly and effortlessly schedule my appointment. When I called, the phone was picked up promptly… no ring after ring after ring. When I drove up this morning I was checked in quickly and was able to go about running my errands close by. When I came back a few hours later my car was ready to go… and not only was it ready to go, it was CLEAN. Check out was seamless and I was back on my way in no time. I must say, I have been and continue to be happy with the service and experience I have had at Lake Norman and am actually looking forward to when and if they get Fiats in. I’ll be one of the first to buy one from them! More

Over the last 5 months I have been looking for A used dodge charger SRT8. I talked to him he redirected me to another saleman (Bryan) I dont remember their last names. when all said and done I did not purchase a car from them but I would HIGHLY recommend Lake Norman Dodge to anyone. I live in Roanoke Virginia and we have a large dealer here (Berglund Chrysler,Jeep) I do not recommend them because of over pricing and not wanting to work with you on anything. I have as of today purchased another car from another dealer here in Roanoke and I called John and told him. He was one of the kindest people I have talked to. We literally walked in at 7:15pm on a Saturday and no one was in a hurry to leave; however, everything clicked and we owned the car and were out the door by 8:30pm. Mark answered all our questions, allowed us to drive the car and discuss privately as a family and worked with us on questions/concerns --there were no hassles regarding what he was willing to offer to close the deal -- his straight-forward style, honesty &transparency allowed us to have a great experience and come away realizing the dealership stood by their product, demonstrated their pride & integrity and respected the customer.
