I have purchased two jeeps from LKN dodge in the last two year they are great vehicles. I had a miss communication on the purchase of the second jeep and after talking with the owner Jack Salsman he showed t year they are great vehicles. He was very creative in our financing options to get our payment down where we needed it and went the extra mile. It was the first time we've worked with Christina. She handled explaining our financing options and warranty. She was nice as well. Overall, our experiece was top knotch. The only complaint that I have is while Christina was explaining the financing and warranties, she kept saying "pretty simple, right?" I'm not sure if that is a habit but it does make the customer feel like it really should be that simple to understand if you don't, your not that bright. More
