I recently purchased a new Jeep Liberty from Mike at Lake Norman CJD. It was a great experience. As a female, I never once felt that I was being talked down to or taken advantage of in any way, which was a Norman CJD. It was a great experience. Mike was terrific in explaining everything from the details of the vehicle to the negotiation process. He did not pressure me at all to make a purchase and was polite and courteous. He took the stand that he was there to help me in whatever way he could. Amanda was also very nice to work with. She took care of the majority of the paperwork. Overall, I found the dealership to be very accommodating and relaxed. They also offer great perks like free car washes for life, free first oil change and NitroFill.
