I had my heart set on a car that was out of my price range, but once he recognized my needs, he immediately showed me the Mercury Mariner, whi SUVs. I spoke to him on the phone, and we came to an agreement. When I went in, it was painless. They made sure I was happy. The car they ordered didnt come with the U-connect bluetooth system. I thought that was going to be a down fall, but They made it good and installed the system at no extra charge. The service deptartment did an excellent job and took the time to walk me through u-connects setup system until I understood how it worked. I hope to be buying another vehicle within the next year and will be checking back with them when the time comes. More

After doing online prep work and research, my time in the showroom was less than 3 hours from beginning to driving off the lot with my new jeep.
