I bought a Chrysler New Yorker from a Lake Norman dealership which I assume was yours, 20-25 years ago. I bought a Jeep from a Concord Dealership, and each time I was just looking. I bought a Durango from an individual in 2001. The products are good, but the salepeople have been the motivation to buy, and all without being pushy or arrogant. Please give Mr. Williams my best. We were searching for a Jeep Wrangler with specific options and color. After doing a search within 200 miles we found the Jeep closest to what we were looking for at LNCJD, (which was about 100 miles options and color. Just so happens our family had planned a weekend trip close to the same area LNCJD is located, (must have been fate), so we called ahead and spoke to a sales person (Brian Cramer) about our search for a Jeep Wrangler and that we'd be stopping by to take a look and discuss a possible purchase. When we arrived late on a Thursday evening, Brian greeted us and had the Jeep parked up front. After a quick test drive we returned and negotiated a deal. Our car buying experience with LNCJD was a very positive one. Everyone was very professional, patient and polite. LNCJD had the vehicle we were wanting at a price that was better then other dealerships. There were some options we wanted that were not included on this particular Jeep, but all of them ended up being options that the dealer could install, thus we added those to the deal. We bought the Jeep Thursday night and LNCJD installed the options the next day and we picked up our Jeep Friday afternoon. Since this was a family trip our two young kids (6 & 8) were with us the entire time and got to encounter their first car buying experience. It was fun for them as well. Our 8 year old is quite talkative, so it was very humorous as he was asking tons of questions to our salesman and Brian remained patient and answered every one of them. Several of the LNCJD employees even kept them entertained while Mom & Dad finalized the deal and paperwork. If your in the market for a vehicle that LNCJD sales, I would highly recommend that your search their inventory and/or pay them a visit. Their pricing will be hard to beat and their staff is knowledgeable and professional. More
