Russell and Steve are great people to work with. They answer any questions you have and are very quick to respond to you. The customer service was excellent. Willie stayed late to help us find a used automobile that fit our needs. We took the vehicle home the same day we purchased it and brought it back the following day to ha help us find a used automobile that fit our needs. It was done in the amount of time stated and we were given a loaner car for the period of time stated. The sales associates were all friendly and asked if we needed anything many giving us business cards as to answer future questions if needed.The overall experience was good and I would recommend this dealership. We original stopped due to a bad experience at a Kia dealership. The only issue I have with the purchase is to see that after buying the Pacifica I looked up the kelly blue book price only to find the purchase price was a great deal higher than the Blue Book price even for a certified vehicle. This did not make me happy. The next time I purchase from your dealership I will not do it the day I test drive but wait and do more research, which is normally something I do before making any purchase. This does make me question the pricing at your dealership. As I stated to Willie many of my family members work for Chrysler and I have not driven one in many years due to a similar experience. The only other complaint was that the auto we traded in had a full tank of gas and we were given less than a half of tank. With the cost per gallon I would have been happier with the same amount in exchange. The loaner car was also given with less than one gallon of gas, not that we were going far however if we had run out of gas I would not have been happy either. More
We recently purchased 2 new vehicles at Lake Norman Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge in Cornelius, NC. Russell Owen was our salesman, and we found him to be easy to work with and knowledgeable in the two vehicles Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge in Cornelius, NC. Russell Owen was our salesman, and we found him to be easy to work with and knowledgeable in the two vehicles we eventually purchased (a Town & Country Limited and a 300C SRT). Based on my advance research, I feel we received a fair deal on the minivan and a great deal on the 300C (it was considered “new,” but was a 2010 and had 1,000 miles on it). The paperwork moved quickly and he understood our time constraints. The visit with the business manager was less pleasant. We were presented with a single sheet of paper with “options” to consider for varying levels of pre-paid maintenance. To our surprise, but maybe not to prior customers of this dealer, none of the options indicated “no, thanks.” We were not even asked if we wanted to consider the benefits of such options, just which one we wanted. It insulted our intelligence and was not a good experience. The last comment I’ll have is that I have received no less than 8 messages from 5 sources with requests to fill out customer satisfaction surveys. Granted, we purchased 2 cars, so to some extent, I’m not surprised at the volume of the requests, but the only “source” who sent just a single e-mail was Russell: he understood that one request was enough. Chrysler or their agents sent multiple requests so they don’t check for obvious duplications like name, address, e-mail, etc., which would allow them to reduce the annoying count. The dealer itself sent two separate e-mails at the same time! Overall, a good sales experience but not a great after-sales one. N.B. I wrote these comments only once, but because of the multiple places I’ve been requested to post them, you might see them often in your search of comments about this dealership. More
Went to dealership to get my Dodge Dakota pickup washed and to turn in my Premier Event numbers to spin. We seen a new Dodge Charger sitting on the showroom floor and we thinking about buying something wit and to turn in my Premier Event numbers to spin. We seen a new Dodge Charger sitting on the showroom floor and we thinking about buying something with better fuel millage than what we had. Spoke with Wille and he got Amanda involved and we came up with a number we all coulod live with. Jack and his staff are always helpful and get the job done. My wife and I are very happy with our new Dodge Charger. This is about the 10th car we have purchased from Lake Norman and will return for the next one. More

After suffering a back injury a few years ago, I needed a car that was higher to the ground and I don’t know how else to say it…I LOVE MY NEW JEEP! After suffering a back injury a few years ago, I needed a car that was higher to the ground and could carry larger loads which would be easier to get to than a trunk. I went to a dealership south of and left disappointed and frustrated. I emailed Lake Norman. I then followed up my email with a call to explain what I wanted. Russell had gotten my email and Brian the call. Brian invited me to come and take a look at some of the Patriots. He explained how the Patriot met my wish. He actually listened to what was best for me, not what was best for him to sell me. While Brian and Amanda went to work on the financing, Russell and I went out in the Patriot. I didn’t want to get out! It is peppy, sporty, comfortable, easy to drive, and the console is well within reach. When we got back, the financing was done. I was there a total of 2 hours. They are genuine people who get to know you as a person not just a sale. We shared pics of our dogs and Brian even told me of dog parks in the area. I moved here from Ohio last summer. It’s hard moving from home and losing places that you know and trust. Now I have that here in Charlotte at Lake Norman with Amanda, Brian and Russell. More
